From your idea to a working product.

You bring the business knowledge and the goals. Our small team helps you shape the product, set priorities and build something you can use and test.

  1. Understand the business

We work directly with you and your team to understand how your business operates, where the opportunities are, and what success should look like. Together, we establish immediate priorities and longer-term goals.

  2. Shape the product

We turn those conversations into a clear plan: requirements, brand and design direction where needed, and an agreed starting point for development. The team member best suited to this stage leads the work and stays close to you throughout.

  3. Make it tangible

We build a working prototype early, so you can try your idea and decide where to take it. The prototype becomes the base for further development and shows early which features matter to users.

  4. Build, launch, and keep improving

We develop in short stages and share working software regularly. As the product changes, we help you make decisions, act on feedback and plan the next release.

A small team. Experience across disciplines.

Our people bring experience across product, design, engineering, and business. We take on multiple responsibilities, with the right person leading each stage. That keeps the team lean, communication direct, and costs focused on moving your product forward.

Already have a product or team?

We can join an existing project, strengthen your team, and help deliver an important release. We start by understanding where you are and what needs to happen next.

Software that improves your business.

We work on new product ideas and on established operations, with product, design and engineering in one team.

  • Turn your business knowledge into a clear product direction. We work with your team to understand the opportunity, test assumptions, define requirements, and agree on what to build first.

Timelines, payment terms and how engagements work.

Do I need more than an idea to get started?

An idea is enough. Our first conversation helps us understand the opportunity, your goals, and what an initial prototype needs to demonstrate. You don’t need technical requirements or a development plan.

What happens on the first call?

The first call is free and takes around 30–45 minutes. We discuss your idea, identify the services you may need, and establish initial goals. Afterwards, we research the opportunity and prepare an initial product requirements document to review with you in a follow-up conversation.

How does the first sprint work?

Once we agree on the requirements and engagement terms, we begin deeper discovery and the first two-week sprint. We aim to demonstrate a basic proof of concept by its end. If you decide not to continue after that first sprint, you won’t be charged for it, under the terms agreed before we start. If you continue, the first sprint is paid at the agreed rate.

How soon can I see working software?

We aim to make the core idea tangible in the first two-week sprint. A working beta with basic functionality may follow within two to four sprints, depending on complexity. We refine the scope and timeline during discovery.

How will we collaborate?

For complex projects, we initially meet twice a week: once for product decisions and once for engineering. Early reviews focus on the prototype. As development progresses, you gain access to an environment where you can follow frequent updates. We normally release to production once per sprint, with release notes and a discussion of the new build.

Who owns the code?

Once contractual obligations are fulfilled, the client owns the custom code created for their product. Codeberry retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable components, and know-how.

Can you support the product after launch?

Yes. We provide maintenance, support, and continued development, with an arrangement tailored to your product, its complexity, and your team’s needs.

Can part of the engagement be paid in equity?

We can consider a combination of fees and equity after discovery and at least four paid sprints. Availability and terms are agreed individually.

Can the team size or engagement change over time?

Yes. We can discuss adjusting the team or pausing an engagement as your needs change, subject to the agreed contract.
