PocketPilot transaction overview with deal stages, paperwork, and signatures

The challenge: turn business knowledge into a product

The idea came from an experienced real estate professional who saw an opportunity to automate recurring work and turn that knowledge into a product for the wider industry.

Real estate transactions involve many people, documents, deadlines, and handoffs. Building a useful solution required understanding how that work happens in practice—and translating it into a clear product direction.

Our approach: become part of the team

We worked closely with the client and their team to understand the business from the inside. We took responsibility for gathering information, defining requirements, and shaping the product, without expecting the client to arrive with a technical specification.

Alongside that work, we developed the branding, visual direction, and design system to support the product’s evolution.

A brand that fits in a pocket

The identity started from a simple idea: a pocket and a friendly face. From early logo sketches, we developed the mark, color palette, typography, and imagery, and collected them in brand guidelines that carry through the product, the app icon, and marketing materials.

A working prototype in two weeks

Following an initial week of discovery, we built a working prototype during a two-week sprint.

Seeing the idea take shape gave the client something concrete to explore and helped inform further product decisions. Discovery continued as we refined the requirements and developed the next stages.

Connecting the transaction

PocketPilot brings together reusable workflows, project stages, tasks, and responsibilities. Listing data can help populate transaction setup, while templates connect project information to documents and communications.

Document generation and signing sit alongside activity updates and calendar integration, giving teams a shared place to coordinate the work of a transaction.

AI assistance within the workflow

We developed chat and voice assistance connected to the product’s business tools. Users can work with transaction information, find relevant records and documents, and carry out supported tasks through conversation.

Behind that experience, specialist agents and structured workflows coordinate tool execution around the task at hand.

From prototype to public beta

Codeberry’s work spans product discovery, branding, interface design, web and mobile development, AI integration, and launch support.

PocketPilot has launched in public beta, with real estate teams already using it for their transactions. Development continues as the product evolves through real-world use.
