Evidint was designed to help clinical research sites organize studies, manage protocols, and track participants. Codeberry designed and developed the platform from the ground up, covering product concept, branding, interface design, and application engineering.

Study Dashboard

Making complex work easier to navigate

Clinical research brings together detailed protocols, participant information, and people with different responsibilities. Evidint needed to connect these elements through an interface researchers could navigate clearly.

We explored multiple design approaches before developing a modular interface that brought the platform’s tools into a consistent experience.

A visual identity built around the product

We created an identity combining the letter E with a funnel-inspired form, connecting the brand to its focus on data. A blue, teal, and brown palette carried across the platform, supported by custom illustrations used on the company website and within the product.

Branding and Identity

Structured protocol creation

A guided protocol builder helped researchers define study arms and activities. The protocol connected to other modules, with different access levels supporting the responsibilities of the study team.

The interface presented a complex structure through a straightforward, step-by-step creation process.

Research Protocol

Patient tracking connected to the study

The patient module was integrated with the rest of the platform. Researchers could enroll participants in studies, track their progress, and apply protocol details on a per-patient basis.

The system also collected statistical information for further analysis.

Built for different roles

Evidint supported the different people involved in a clinical study, from site administrators to research participants. Its account model accommodated multiple identities and responsibilities within the platform.
