A shared process for different roles
Brokers could manage patient details, create examination requests and select a paramedic. Paramedics could discover available requests, submit bids and manage accepted assignments. Each role had an experience built around its responsibilities, while both worked from the same case information.
Finding work nearby
Map-based discovery and distance filters helped paramedics find requests in their area. Professional profiles and reviews supported the broker’s selection process, connecting each request with the person responsible for completing it.
Keeping each case moving
The platform tracked bid acceptance, appointment confirmation, examination completion, paperwork submission and payment confirmation. Messages, attachments and status history stayed connected to the case, helping both parties follow progress and understand the next step.
From proof of concept to handover
Codeberry delivered the first proof of concept in three weeks and an alpha release in six weeks. Within four months, the product included a working API, iOS application and web application.
After handing the product over to the client, Codeberry continued providing maintenance and support for a further six months.
