The challenge: deliver for a fixed launch date
As the project progressed, the client needed a working application ready for a public launch. Delivery was behind schedule, and meeting the deadline required close coordination between product, design, and engineering.
Codeberry expanded its role to help bring the product into production.

Our approach: work alongside the client
We travelled to the client’s headquarters in New York to accelerate decisions and work directly with their team. At the same time, we brought in additional iOS engineering capacity abroad.
That combination of direct collaboration and coordinated development helped us design, build, and launch the iOS application in less than four weeks—before AI-assisted development became part of our workflow.

A complete product experience
The work extended beyond the mobile application. We developed the brand identity, interface design, and a web-based system for managing the client’s programs and operations.

A program builder brought scheduling, activities, library content, and media into one workspace. Experts could assemble wellness programs, save their progress, and return to continue developing them.

Designed for media-rich programs
WellCaster combined video, images, and audio to support its wellness content. The platform handled media processing and delivery, while the mobile experience helped subscribers access and follow their programs.
The original design work included custom iconography, illustrations, and detailed interface planning across the web and iOS experiences.

The result: a public launch
What began as a branding and design engagement became a broader product partnership. Codeberry delivered a production iOS application in under four weeks and a web-based CRM and program-management platform for the client.
The project demonstrates how we can join an existing initiative, take responsibility as needs change, and bring an experienced team together around a critical release.
